Convenient access to key attractions in the city.

I was disappointed with my stay. The bed seemed like a rock, and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. Noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms was overwhelming. Even after requesting a mattress topper, I woke up with a sore back each morning, frustrating. I expected more from this hotel and it did not meet my needs.

A comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel with affable employees with great service. Fantastic and wonderful location - near a train station. Also, easy to get to a 15th - century Dominican church.

The breakfast was complimentary, the check in was friendly. I was pleased with good-sized room, which was complete with tea & coffee, a view of San Lorenzo and large bathroom

Just a great match for a mini-vacation in Florence. The staff were really helpful, especially with the AC unit. Make sure to ask for extra pillows if you need them.

We have stayed in this hotel before and have enjoyed both stays. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The location of this hotel is fantastic and from the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Duomo...

The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with delicious pastries and amazing views of the city. I also enjoyed the cozy room that was perfect. Just a heads up, the city tax was a bit higher than expected, but it didn't take away from the overall great stay 😊

There wasn`t wi-fi Internet connection in the room. We have to stay in the hall to connect to Internet via wi-Fi

This place was super convenient-just 2 minutes to the Duomo! Had a spacious room with extra pillows and a fridge. The rooftop terrace had fine views of the city. I even got a complimentary drink which was a nice touch!...  

This hotel located between Duomo & station S.M.N. We stayed 3 days, room is very clean and comfortable. Staffs also kind. And especially, breakfast in terrace is really fantastic time to us!

Proximity to the Duomo makes it easy to explore the historic center on foot. The rooftop terrace provides nice views over the city, a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The rooms felt quite small. The check-in experience was unnecessary as it started 30 minutes later than stated, with long waits. Cleaning had its issues. I found a previous guest's clothing left behind and some hair in the bathroom. Further, the breakfast could use more variety. Cold eggs and limited options didn't meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.

Hotel location is super, within walking distance to everywhere including rain station. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Ideal if you want to explore florence on foot!

Possibly the best and thoroughly enjoyable stay for four nights in sept 13. Extremely pleasant, brand-new units provided with a view of the duomo, a nice marble bathroom, daily housekeeping. Fast check-in and late check-out, amazingly helpful stuff. Brilliant and...  

Just 2 minutes from the iconic cathedral, this spot is convenient for exploring. The room was spacious, complete with extra pillows for added comfort. Breakfast was also a highlight. I loved the selection of fresh pastries and sliced tropical fruits. The staff could improve their warmth, as interactions felt a bit distant during the initial days of our stay.
